Can scope include components and routings?

They can be assessed as design requirements with product revisions and approval ownership. They become contractual only after blueprint and acceptance definition.

How do we start with incomplete plant data?

Choose one product and recent production run, separate available data from assumptions, and define the minimum evidence needed for the first phase.

Can lot or serial identity be included?

Inside manufacturing, lot or serial identity is evaluated as a blueprint requirement, not assumed ready functionality. Current evidence is limited to traceability from import through installation and service where scoped.

How are performance measures defined?

Each measure is defined by source, boundary, timing, exception reason, and the decision it supports before any numeric target is set.
