Migration is a data and acceptance decision—not a copy job

We define what moves, why, who owns it, and how it is reconciled, then plan rehearsals, cutover, and rollback according to risk. No fixed schedule or scope exists before assessment.

The initial request needs no system access or personal data. Any later inspection requires written scope, authority, and data controls.

Outputs that should exist before delivery

  • Inventory and ownership

Data sets, source, volume, decision owner, and what should be excluded.

  • Quality profile

Duplicates, missing values, conflicts, cleansing rules, and who accepts the result.

  • Transformation map

How fields, values, and identities correspond from source to target, including unmappable cases.

  • Rehearsal and reconciliation plan

Samples, full rehearsals, control totals, and acceptance scenarios before cutover.

  • Cutover and risk plan

Downtime window, ownership, communications, and parallel run or rollback where required.

Three decision gates

  1. Discovery without access

We understand systems, volumes, and constraints from your description and non-sensitive documentation.

  2. Controlled assessment

Where needed, a sample or read-only export is reviewed under authority, agreement, and data controls.

  3. Scope and acceptance

Outputs, exclusions, rehearsals, responsibilities, and price are written before actual movement.

Data does not move because an import ran technically; it moves after business and data owners accept reconciliation.

How cutover risk is addressed

  • Least access required

Read-only rights or limited samples appropriate to the task, separated environments, and access removal when the purpose ends.

  • Rehearsal before cutover

Transformation and reconciliation are tested according to data volume and complexity; first-run success is never assumed.

  • Parallel run or rollback when warranted

The method depends on legacy-system capability and interruption risk; it is not claimed suitable or possible in every case.

  • Contracted training and acceptance

An offer can include training and go-live support, with duration, scenarios, and responsibilities fixed by contract.

Discuss the migration case

Describe the current system, data scale, and largest challenge without sending files or personal data through the form.

  • The initial request needs no credentials or export
  • No duration is promised before volume and quality are understood
  • Any later access requires approved scope and authority
Details that help us prepare (optional)

Safe preview mode — the form will not send your data; use a direct contact channel if preferred.

Source types we assess

  • Existing ERP

We review export capability, keys, identities, and constraints instead of assuming a ready connector.

  • Multiple spreadsheets

We identify the owning version, duplicates, units, and relationships before consolidation.

  • Legacy or custom system

We assess access, documentation, export quality, and whether extraction requires separate work.

A sound decision also states what will not move

Start by describing the source, critical data, and acceptable cutover window; we identify what needs study before a scope is offered.
