See the work, even when your team is in the field.

Review tasks, visits, and recorded delivery status in one place, and see what has been logged and what needs intervention without waiting for a chain of calls and end-of-day reports. An engagement can include service, maintenance, contracts, visits, warranties, and calibration, with clear responsibility for each state.

The stated capabilities are engagement-delivered and accepted by scope; they are not a ready public product or guaranteed outcome.

A current operating view. Clear tasks. Faster decisions.

  • Receive and classify case
  • Plan visit or task
  • Record work, materials, and result
  • Update contract or warranty
  • Follow-up or calibration certificate when required

Know where the work stands before you ask.

The office sees what is assigned, completed, and awaiting follow-up, while the technician sees the context their role needs. This implies neither a public field app nor live location tracking.

Boundaries and integrations

Maps, notifications, devices, and customer data enter according to consent, interface, and privacy. A certificate records a calibration service; it does not make GizaLink a calibration or accreditation body.

Objections to resolve

Who sets priority? How does the technician evidence arrival and outcome? What limits access to customer data? When is a visit accepted or returned?

Start with the process, then define the system

Bring a real current-state example, systems, and roles; we identify decision points, risks, and open questions before a proposal.
